Links to Pet Friendly Rental Notice Boards and Sites
As an owner of two lively cats, I know that it can be challenging to find a 
place to rent. My goal is to create a free resource and information board where there can be a free sharing of information so that people and their pets can (hopefully) find a nice place to live.
There are quite a few sites that allow landlords or property managers to post vacancies for their pet friendly suites or homes. So where should you start your search? Here are a few suggestions….
Where to start in your rental search if you have a pet:
Craigslist Vancouver (under apartments/housing; use feature to search for pet friendly listings)
UBC AMS Rentsline (if you use the advanced search function, you can screeen listings for places that allow pets)
Downtown Suites (This is a property management company. They manage condos owned by investors. They may have units that allow pets. Availabily is based on strata by-laws and owner preference. Check their website or give them a call for further details)
Vancouver Apartment Guide (This site has a search function which allows you to screen for listings that allow pets)
My West End. Ca (NOTE: this is a site which charges a fee to view listings. You can preview the type of info that you would get before you sign up. It allows you to see which buildings in the West End have vacancies and which listings allow pets. Decide for yourself if works well for you.)
Pets Allowed Hotels (This is a list of hotels in Vancouver that allow pets)
