Welcome to Perfect Pet Places!  As a pet owner, I know that our pets are more than just animals – they are members of our family!  As a real estate agent with One Percent Realty Ltd, I wanted to create a site that provides resources and information regarding pets and real estate in Vancouver. 

Sometimes, finding places that will take your furry friends can be tricky.  This can be the case whether you are renting or buying when you have a pet.  If you have more than one pet, the situation can be even harder.  Landlords or strata corporations may have restrictions that could prevent you from bringing your pet along.   My goal is to provide you with information that may assist you in your search

When you are selling your home, it is important to understand that your pets may also play a (not so positive) role in the marketability of your property.  I want to give you some tips that may bring more buyers to your door and to help your bottom line.
